Gavel Clubs

Gavel clubs are a way of providing the Toastmasters experience to groups who may be ineligible for regular membership due to age, or other circumstances. Following similar Toastmasters meeting protocols, Gavel clubs use  officer titles and education manuals.

toast master
        Toastmaster is the meeting head introducing participation and make sure every think runs time.The main responsibility of the toast master is to introduction for each main speakers .

Table topic
          Part of meetings is devoted to Table Topics, which are off-the-cuff speeches which are assigned on the spot by a Topicsmaster. The goal of the speak is developing the one's feet with the mini mind preparations.

          Every meeting is based around a set of organised speeches. Speakers are evaluated by an experienced member who then gives an impromptu speech with constructive feedback based on their performance
